I love flowers and was obsessed the last couple of days in making one so I came up with this!

I used a 4.0 hook and whatever yarn i coukd find. its a medium sized flower which worked because it fits perfectly for my mug cozy(about as tall as my mug). If you want it smaller, I guess use a smaller hook and/or thinner yarn.

Ready for the instructions? Here it is!

Ch 4 and join with sl st and chain 2(counts as first DC).
DC 14 times around into the ring and join with sl st.
Ch 1 and sc all the way around and join with sl st.
**1 sc next st, (3dc ch3 and 3 dc in next st), 1 sc in next st**
Continue ** to** 6 more times to make 7 petals.
Finish off with sl st in next stitch and weave in ends.

That's it! It's not too too difficult!!

I love accessories and have always loved rings in particular. So I was searching around and found a super cute one! A rosette ring!! I have always wanted to make a little rose and how convenient that it's a ring as well!!

Since I haven't gone shopping yet for new yarn, a lot of stuff right now are all in the same color (sorry!). Still cute anyways! Anyways, THIS IS NOT MY PATTERN! I tried out a pattern from this lovely person at Extraordinary Moments In An ordinary Life. It's very cute and I quite like it! I'm wearing it right now actually!! It's not very difficult to make at all so go ahead and try it!

Crochet Time

Since I am a big fan of crocheting and I always fall back into it, I thought that I might as well have my own crochet blog. I want a place to be able to post my experiments, patterns I try from other sites, my own designs and post my own patterns. What do you think? That would be fun! I've already been trying to crochet like crazy since winter is coming a couple of months. I'm sure by the end of Octover the weather will be a little cooler and it would be nice to be prepared. Well, I hope you guys enjoy the blog and it would be cool if you guys could send me your interpretations on the patterns I put up! After all, crochet is a craft and something to work your creativity on! I would even love to feature you guys on here too!! Always, Shar
